Job Description:

Safety

• Keep vestibules clean and clear of spills and trash
• Monitor the front of the store for safety and security risks
• Respond to the entrances during Inclement Weather by getting mats down, safety cones visible, cleaning up residual water etc.
• Assist in emergency situations

Customer Experience

• Greet. Help. Thank all customers as they enter and exit the store
• Act as a visual theft deterrent (NOTE: AP Service Team Associate is NOT an Authorized Associate, as defined in policy AP-09, and can only act as a witness to an investigation or detention from a safe distance).
• Mark items coming in for return
• Check receipts on unbagged items
• Remove and deactivate merchandise protection devices
• Conduct associate package checks in select states
• Report suspicious activity to the AP Investigators, AP Team Lead or AP Ops Coach
