Job Includes:
-general oversee and management of mobile home park of 46 units
-rent collection
-tenant relations
-screen prospective residents and showing of mobiles
-lease agreement management
-ensure tenants comply with park rules and regulations
-manage repairs, landscape and maintenance throughout common areas of the park

Qualifications:
-previous property management experience
-basic excel/work/email experience
-handyman experience
-self starter
