Responsibilities:

• Generate labels, determine shipping costs, and process customer orders/packages in our system
• Lift packages on scale, must be able to lift 20-40 pounds
• Ensure security of the store, credit card records, cash, cash receipts, and customer information. Report any concerns to the supervisor or appropriate personnel.
• Make customer claims and resolve complaints
• Operate copiers, fax machine, binding and laminating equipment
• Monitor inventory and restock products running low
• Notarization and/or Livescan Fingerprinting licenses preferred to have within 3 months of start date (bonus available)

Qualifications:

• High school education or the equivalent combination of education and experience
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
