The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for scheduling the team; managing orders and transfers due daily to meet the required order ship date; meeting all replenishment demands; and ensuring the warehouse order is picked and delivered. They will assist in all aspects of the bulk warehouse processes, including managing the placement/consolidation of warehouse stock, completing all case picks in an efficient, timely, and accurate manner. The Supervisor will also provide hands on leadership and training to warehouse team to assist in strategic growth and development of individual, team, and company-wide goals. They will lead and participate in orientations, training, and ongoing development of team personnel.
