Mechanic needed to maintain and repair machinery, including company vehicles. Typical equipment is zero turn mowers, wide area mowers, gas and electric golf cars, and industrial equipment. Must be able to work with various machines and tools, as well as follow all safety precautions, with attention to detail. Basic hand tools required.

Duties:

Troubleshoot and repair small engines, diesel engines, hydraulics, electric motors and general mowing equipment. Perform preventative maintenance. Complete all paperwork and work orders in a timely and accurate manner. Assemble products, detail equipment. Occasional: deliver and pick up equipment in a safe and responsible manner.

Requirements:

Mechanical knowledge, troubleshooting skills.Willingness to jump in and figure it out. Must be able to lift 50lbs.

Notes:

Shop environment is clean and climate controlled, heated and air conditioned. Ability to understand instructions and communicate in English a must.

Valid drivers license with clean driving record, and knowledge of Wichita and surrounding areas. CDL a plus.

Job hours are 8a-5p, Monday-Friday. During the growing season we also require some Saturdays from 8a-12p.
