SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES MANAGER
Goodspeed Musicals seeks a manager for its telemarketing office. The ideal candidate will be an experienced tele-sales manager with an eye for detail and excellent customer service skills. Duties will include hiring, training and supervising the telemarketing staff; leading subscription sales efforts; managing lead lists and preparing daily sales reports; and developing strategies to achieve sales goals.
Required Qualifications & Skills: Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience. Strong telemarketing sales skills, strong interpersonal skills, ability to work independently, highly organized, strong management skills, detail oriented, excellent communication skills, proficient with Microsoft Office software. Background in theatre, experience with Patron Manager ticketing software preferred.

Part-Time, 29 hours per week, Sunday – Thursday eveningsTemporary: March 15 – May 31
