Previous professional experience in health and wellness is a plus, though not a requirement.
What Will You Do?
- Deliver our services into the community, by driving one of our scanning vans and/or working in our storefront (in certain regions only). Serve as the warm, smiling, face of the company - to clients and the public, but also to our gym and corporate partners.
- Take ownership of your events from setup to tear down, exemplifying excellence in service delivery and customer service - all while making a genuinely positive impact on dozens of people each day.
- Provide DXA body scans to individual clients.
- Provide short consultations to BodySpec clients - either in person, or over the phone. In these consultations, you'll present the data in relevant, interesting ways tailored to each client's needs and interests. Deliver insightful nutritional and fitness advice tailored to each customer’s individual results, demographic, and goals.
- Assist the team with remote customer service support via phone and email, as well as with general administrative and maintenance-related duties related to our storefront, machines, and equipment.
Note:
- We are looking for someone in this position to have at least 1 weekend day consistently available. Shifts vary between the hours of 7am - 8pm, depending on location.

Starting rate of $19.23 - $22.19 per hour
- $19.23 per hour is the effective rate if we don’t hit our monthly team goals. $22.19 per hour is the effective rate if we do hit our monthly team goals. All goals are designed to be challenging but doable, and we hit all our monthly goals in 2021 except one.
- Base pay growth potential of up to $30.04 - $32.93 an hour based on performance.
- Full time employees are guaranteed weekly pay equivalent to 30 hours of work, but can earn more by working more.
