SERVICE MANAGER POSITION

Enviro-Master is seeking a Service Manager to hire, train, grow, and lead our service team in South Denver

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
• Recruit, hire, onboard Health and Safety Technicians
• Train and certify Health and Safety Technicians
• Develop weekly route schedule
• Conduct weekly ride-alongs and coaching sessions
• Deliver quarterly performance evaluations
• Manage supplies and equipment maintenance
• Perform floor scrub operations at a variety of customer sites
• Manage, plan, schedule, and execute large projects related to Sani-Scrubs.
• Perform new account installations
• Conduct Quality Control visits to existing customers

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
If you have worked in Housekeeping, Facility Maintenance, Janitorial Service, Linen and Mat Service, Lawn Care Industries, Pest Control, route sales or you want to learn and grow, health and safety is the industry for you!

COMPENSATION: Starting salary $45,000 + commissions + bonuses
