Hours: 0800 to 17:00

Job Description: Oversee operations of a 40,000 square foot facility ensuring that all incoming and outgoing inventory is processed according to schedule. Duties include preparing schedules for Warehouse Associates, training new employees on use of machinery and monitoring compliance with safety standards A Warehouse Manager completes various management, organization, and planning tasks to maintain high performance of the warehouse’s storage and shipment processes. Duties and responsibilities include:

• Excellent communication Skills
• Motivated to work and a great attitude
• Applicants must be 21 years or older.
• Physical ability to work freight on an active dock
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
• Load and unload FTL, LTL, Ocean Containers
• Forklift Certification
• Assist in pulling orders
• Comply with safety policies, practices, and procedures.

• Audit and report inventory through a WMS
• Manage warehouse associates, monitoring work and ensuring the safe use of warehouse equipment
• Establish and enforce warehouse practices and protocols to achieve an efficient warehouse.
• Set warehouse team goals in collaboration with executive management and other team leads
• Keep up to date on the latest federal and state safety regulations
• Communicate with other departments to ensure products are shipped in a timely manner
