Minimum Qualifications
Requires one of the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or closely related degree
- Associate degree in computer science or closely related degree, and two years of current and progressive related work experience that includes IT and customer service work
- Four years of current and progressive related work experience that includes IT and customer service work
Summary of Work
Team ND is seeking an Enterprise Service Desk Analyst who is a self-motivated achiever who gains satisfaction from providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment with cutting edge technology. This position will be responsible for performing duties in the NDIT Service Desk. The Service Desk is a function that is critical to the whole concept of IT Service Management. The service desk is not only dedicated to providing excellent technical support but is tightly coupled with all of the IT processes and concentrates on the business needs of the customer and the enterprise.
Duties and Tasks:
- Manage an effort of continuous improvement that exceeds customer expectation while reaching for World Class IT service delivery.
- Drive innovation thru monitoring and evaluating emerging technologies to determine impact on services and feasibility of implementation; ensure a high level of technology solutions to best serve customers’ needs.
- Provide first and second tier service or support to a variety of government functions.
- Build strong internal customer relationships to ensure we are aligned to customer and business needs while prioritizing key initiatives.
- Provide basic troubleshooting of IT related problems relating to various applications and services.
- Perform on-call services.
