What You’ll Do:

• Analyze, design and develop IT solutions to serve departments within the organization
• Own the System Develop Life Cycle and methodologies to effectively deliver world-class applications across multiple platforms.  This includes source control and change management.
• Manage communication between business and technical resources.  Recommend improvements for the business analysis process.
• Lead small teams in various IT and IS projects related to enterprise database applications.
• Provide recommendations to address and resolve business issues for specific business groups.
• Research tools to identify those that can best serve the needs of stakeholders. Gather requirements, create design documents, and perform impact analysis for application changes.
• Lead user sessions for requirements gathering and testing. Guide technical team in the development of reports, conversions, interfaces, integrations, and extensions for applications.  Understand and modify the application configuration as required (including system configurations, user-defined fields, workflow builder, custom library, profile options, etc.).
• Assist users with advanced challenges and resolve issues independently.
• Create test plans, test cases, test scripts, and perform functional testing. Create and maintain system documentation, change management and source control processes.
• Assist with projects as may be required to contribute to efficiency and effectiveness of the work. Attend management meetings on behalf of the IT team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Supply Chain, MIS or related field of study
• Ten years of experience in Information Technology or related role
• Ten years of experience in development and support of sales, financial, distribution, warehousing, or supply chain applications
• Experience in integrating enterprise information systems across multiple platforms
• Solid command of software development, implementation, and support methodologies (SDLC)
• Proven success in designing, developing and deploying cloud-based applications.
• Skill in CRM and ERP applications database architecture, as well as MSSQL database administration, optimization and development
• Strong organizational skills to effectively manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
