Digital Marketing Specialist $65K - $75K DOE

*IMPORTANT* This position offers a full-time hybrid schedule from Monday to Friday. During the initial 90 days, your commitment will be full-time in the office, making this opportunity ideal for local applicants within commuting distance.

Who We Are Looking For

The Digital Marketing Specialist will assist in the development, implementation, tracking and optimization of our marketing campaigns across all digital channels. The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for creating and managing marketing strategies that drive growth, brand recognition and customer engagement through digital marketing, including SEO, content development, email marketing and PPC advertising.

Your Responsibilities

  • Create, maintain and update contact and company lists to ensure data integrity for marketing communications.
  • Assist, create and execute demand workflows and automated nurturing sequences to engage new prospects and re-activate lapsed customers.
  • Create engaging and relevant content for blogs, newsletters, marketing/sales sequences, and social media.
  • Craft effective email campaigns that help nurture leads and maintain customer relationships.
  • Identify areas for improvement in user experience, landing pages and marketing/sales funnels to improve conversions.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, content creators and sales team to ensure a cohesive marketing strategy.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, English, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of proven experience in email marketing content creation or in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of A/B testing, cross-channel marketing, and customer lifecycle including personalization.
  • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, with a keen eye for detail and grammar.
  • Proficiency in content relationship management systems and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Hubspot, Marketo or similar).
  • Ability to work independently.
