Insurance Broker

Looking to get into the Insurance industry or needing to find your passion for the industry again?

We use a selection of premium financial products to help people protect their homes and families, save for retirement, or protect their current retirement accounts (e.g., 401k's and IRA's) from losing money in the market, and even help them get rid of all of their debt, including their mortgage.

EQUIPMENT REQUIRED:

Internet, phone, computer and scanner/printer

RESPONSIBILITIES (Tasks Associated With The Role):

Appointment Setting: You should have a strong grasp of prospecting and sales techniques, effective time management, good communication skills in order to successfully book appointments yourself. Appointments will be set primarily via phone call but also via SMS text message and email through a CRM system.

Preparation: Research and communicate with carriers and mentor to prequalify booked client

Running Appointment: Meet with the client, analyze their need and financial assets.

Protection: Placing them into right product that they qualify for and assisting them through the application process.

Organization: Staying organized, keeping notes, folders, and follow-up tasks.

Ability to learn and move quickly and execute at a high level with speed

Communication: Must be reachable and responsive with clear and consistent internal communications by phone and/or on Zoom video calls. Email results and contact reports daily to your mentor.

Abilities: Be able to be consistent and able to clearly communicate

Accountability: Track Performance Daily and pay close attention to metrics.

Attendance: Attend Our Meetings as required, including but not limited to; coaching, leadership, company training, daily huddles. Show up on time for daily huddles at 9:00am CST.

REQUIREMENTS (Expected Proficiencies):

As detailed above, you will be required to book appointments, conduct appointments to determine eligibility, establish options and help them apply.

  • Must hold a current Life Insurance License or
  • Non-licensed agents must get through pre-licensing school within 14 days to obtain life insurance license. We have designated pre-licensing schools at a discounted rate
  • Must have basic computer skills and the ability to scan/fax and run basic applications on a computer or smart phone

Follow-up with carrier and client through the qualification process.
