Summary:
The American Institute of Physics is seeking an Executive Assistant for our Chief Financial and Administrative Officer. In addition to managing the CFAO’s office and providing administrative support, this highly visible position will also include project management responsibilities that cover proper review, compliance and reporting for the organization. This individual will apply a broad knowledge of the Institutes operations and activities to inform quality assurance and connectivity.

Qualifications
- Associates Degree required, Bachelors preferred
- 10 years of experience in an Executive Office/CFAO/Administrative, ideally in non-profit
- Proficient with emerging technology solutions including O365 and specifically, Teams, Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
- Multi-Tasking skills to meet the high demands and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Exceptional communication, organizational skills, time-management, and project management.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion in all business matters.
