Essential Functions:

- Provides support and acts as a backup for administrative staff.
- Filing, faxing, photocopying, scanning and record keeping.
- Orders and stocks office supplies.
- Answers main phone line and distributes calls.
- Processes Leak and Emergency calls.
- Proofreads and processes correspondence.
- Data entry.
- Tracks and processes routine mailings and interoffice distributions.
- Assists with special mailings and mail distribution when needed.
- Tracks and processes routine correspondence, forms and reports and maintains files.
- May perform other clerical functions as necessary to maintain company deadlines and processes.
- Works in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.
