About You
- You’re a highly-motivated self-starter who will contribute to the team from Day One
- You have honed the ability to convert complex technical details into simple language that clearly explains the value a product or service will provide to a prospective client
- You are excited to communicate the Quorum story—our product, our people, and our passion—by composing high-quality, compliant RFP/Q responses. And, you have substantial experience navigating government procurement processes
- You enjoy learning about new markets/industries and can’t wait to dig in and develop mastery of a fully integrated public affairs software platform
- You are ready to speak up in product meetings to gain an understanding of how upcoming feature releases will make our product more competitive in our market
- You care deeply about maintaining exceptional quality standards and take pride in rolling out process improvements
- You have professional experience in one of the following fields: marketing, communications, software engineering, or computer science
- You have experience working with at least one of the following softwares: Salesforce, Qvidian, PandaDoc, Privia
- You have previously held a position titled: Proposals Manager, Senior Proposals Manager, Capture Manager, Senior Captures Manager
What You'll Do:
- First week: You'll learn the ins and outs of Quorum products and begin to test yourself on common use cases
- First month: You'll build and maintain a content library, including resources that explain functionality associated with each of Quorum’s six products, data security documentation, quality assurance standards/requirements, and detailed playbooks for increasing market share in various market segments. You’ll assess Quorum’s existing sales operations and identify process improvements.
- First 6 months: You'll use software and team members’ networks to identify and analyze potential bids, then expand Quorum’s customer base by composing and delivering high-quality, compliant RFP/Q responses that convey Quorum’s value proposition and product strengths. You’ll assume ownership of Quorum’s salesforce instance and take the lead on upgrading our quote-to-cash, contract lifecycle management, and reporting processes administered through Salesforce.
- First year: You'll become a subject matter expert on Quorum’s competitive advantages in the public affairs market, shape company strategy (e.g., we should expand into Y new market where we have a high likelihood of winning RFPs), and be a part of building a company from the ground floor
