Change Politics Internship Program
Politics is bigger than just campaigns or politicians; it is how we as a society figure out how we’re going to work together. Politics is a non-profit mobilizing its members to support a cause; it is employees receiving an email from their CEO explaining the impact the company is having on an industry; it is informed citizens knowing everything their representatives are saying and not saying. Politics is the laws, norms, and rule-making system that impacts everyone’s lives every day.
At Quorum, we believe that change is best achieved when all parties have access to the information, technology, and relationships they need to make a difference. The Change Politics Internship is a 12-week, paid summer internship program aimed at helping students from underrepresented groups gain exposure to politics and the technology sector. Our interns will work within one of our four departments—business development, customer success, software development, or operations. Each intern will be asked to lead an intern project. This internship program is demanding, full time, and requires an interest in technology and/or public affairs
The program is open to all freshman, sophomores, juniors, and seniors with a 3.5 GPA or higher, or veterans at all levels of education.
Quorum is a technology start-up that has built software for public affairs, providing one place for stakeholder engagement, legislative tracking, and grassroots advocacy. At Quorum, we move quickly. We immerse interns in our culture and operational efforts from Day One. By doing so, we maximize your learning opportunities and ensure your time spent here leaves a lasting impact on both the company and your professional development.
